Setup
Explain the rules of the game to everybody. One person will begin by asking, "Who's most likely to _____”. The situation, trait, action, etc.) For example, “Who’s the most likely to invent something new?” Then everybody counts down from three (performing a drumroll with your hands is encouraged) and then everybody points at who they think is most likely to do that - at the same time.
How to Play
Choose one player to start by coming up with a question that starts with "Who's most likely to” and then add their question. Everybody then drumrolls with their hands, counting down from three, and then all point to the person who they think is most likely to do that at the same time. (Note the player who asked the question also points). Whoever has the most fingers pointed at them gets one strike against them (and drinks, if you are drinking). Keep playing like this until all but one person has 3 strikes against them. That player loses and everybody else technically wins.
