Setup

Gather the participants and have them sit comfortably in a quiet and relaxed space. Inform them that they will be participating in a thought experiment called the Cube Personality Test, which will provide insights into different aspects of their personalities. Explain that they will be guided through a visualization exercise, where they will imagine a scene with various elements: a cube, a ladder, a horse, flowers, and a storm.

How to Play

Instruct them to imagine a desert landscape and visualize a cube within that setting. Ask them to take note of the cube's size, material, and position in the landscape. Next, have participants visualize a ladder within the same landscape. Ask them to consider the ladder's distance from the cube, its material, and its length. Now, instruct participants to imagine a horse in the landscape, paying attention to its breed, color, and distance from the cube and the ladder. Finally, ask participants to imagine a storm occurring in the landscape. Have them consider the intensity, distance, and duration of the storm. REVEALING MEANINGS: Ask each participant to share their cube's description. After everyone has shared, explain that the cube represents their self-perception. The size, material, and position of the cube offer insights into their self-image, confidence, and ego. Next, discuss the ladder. After everyone has shared, tell participants that the ladder represents their friends and social connections. The number of rungs can provide information about the quality and quantity of their friendships. Move on to the horse. After participants share their horse's details, explain that the horse represents their ideal partner or attitude towards love and relationships. The breed, color, and distance of the horse can reveal their desires and preferences. Finally, ask about the storm. Once participants have described their storm, explain that it represents their challenges, fears, and obstacles. The intensity, distance, and duration of the storm suggest the severity and impact of these issues in their lives.
