Setup
Begin with any player, who starts the count at 1. Proceeding clockwise, the next person says 2, and so on. When a player reaches 21, the person who said 21 establishes a new rule for any number not yet assigned a rule. Example: For number "7", players must clap instead of verbalizing the number. The game restarts from 1 by the player by who declared the rule. If a player messes up or forgets a rule, the count restarts from 1 with the player who messed up leading. Continue playing until all numbers have associated rules or players decide to give up (it gets really difficult!).
How to Play
