Setup

Divide players into two even teams of size and speed. Have each team stand in one line facing the other team, around 7 meters apart, so that each person from one team is directly acorss another person from the other team. Then assign each pair of people who are standing across from each other a number (watch the video to understand)! So if there are 10 people in total, you will assign up to 5. Finally you’ll need one person to be the ‘caller’ who will yell out the numbers, this person cannot play. Place a neutral object (aka bacon) in the center of the playing area.

How to Play

When everybody is ready, the caller can randomly yell out a number. Those players who were assigned that number race to grab the bacon and bring it to their side while avoiding being tagged by opponents. If a player is tagged while carrying the bacon, they become out and the bacon is returned to the center. The first team to successfully bring the bacon to their side wins the round. Repeat steps 3-5 until all players have had a chance to play or a predetermined number of rounds have been completed. The team with the most successful bacon steals at the end wins the game. Note: The rules can be adjusted for different variations and levels of play.
