Setup

Count the number of players (excluding yourself) and prepare half as many objects. For example, if there are ten people, prepare five objects. Ideally, the objects should be the same and be relatively small, eg. shoes or water bottles, etc. Place the objects in a row on the floor. Have everybody stand in two lines, facing the objects so that there is one object between every two people.

How to Play

When everybody is ready, tell everybody to place their hands on their knees. Then randomly give several instructions to touch other parts of their bodies. For example, “Knees”, “Toes”, “Head”, “Shoulders”. Keep going as long as you feel like it. When you are ready, yell out, “Grab it!” and everybody must try to grab the object in front of them first. This means half of the people will not grab the object, and they are eliminated! The remaining players, who all grabbed the object, then progress to the next round to compete with each other. So lay out the objects again in a row and have the remaining players stand on each side for another round. Continue until there are only two players remaining for the final battle. The final player to grab the object wins the game.
