Setup

Optionally prepare a phone with a voice recording app which you can pass around to record the whispers so that you can play them back at the end. Nominate one player to be the starting player who comes up with a short sentence that they will whisper into the ear of the person next to them.

How to Play

When the nominated person is ready, they must whisper the sentence into the ear of the person next to them . It should be a short, simple sentence, for example, “Dogs don’t like barking when they are hungry”. Anything will work as long as it's short. That person then whispers the sentence to the next person, and that person to the next person, and so on, until the last person tells the group what the sentence is aloud. It’s funny because the sentence usually changes into something completely different. We strongly recommend that you use a phone to record the whispers because its so fun to listen back how the sentence changes from person to person. Continue playing multiple rounds with different sentences.
