Setup
Choose a person to start the game. The starting player chooses a category (e.g. fruits, animals, countries) and a word that begins with the letter "A" that fits the category (e.g. "Fruit: Apple"). The game begins with the next player choosing a word that fits the category and starts with the letter "B" (e.g. "Fruit: Banana").
How to Play
Each player takes turns choosing a word that fits the category and starts with the next letter of the alphabet. If a player cannot think of a word, they are eliminated from the game in the competitive version. The game continues until the end of the alphabet is reached (e.g. "Fruit: Apple, Banana, Cherry, Durian..."). The player who successfully adds a word to the list for the letter "Z" is declared the winner in the competitive version. In the cooperative version, the goal is simply to create the longest list possible without any eliminations.
