Setup
Players pair up in teams of two. Each pair sits back to back. Alternatively, blindfold each assigned blind artist. Each clue givers hold an image, be it from a magazine or from their phone. Simple pictures are the best to use. We recommend using this website. Note, all clue givers must use the same image so that it’s fair. The blind artists hold a blank piece of paper and a pen. Prepare a 3-minute timer (a phone should work fine). When everybody is ready, start the timer.
How to Play
The clue givers describe the picture without using any obvious words that would give away the answer. For example, if the picture is that of a car, the clue givers can tell the blind artists to draw shapes in a certain order and location like “Draw a long horizontal line in the middle of the page”. However, they cannot use words such as ‘wheel’, ‘window’, or ‘door’. The blind artists try to draw what the clue givers describe. When the time is up, the blind artists compare their drawings to the clue giver’s original pictures. This part is usually pretty hilarious. Each team then compares their drawings with the other teams and votes on which is the most accurate drawing. Note you cannot vote for your own team. The team with the most votes is the winner. If there are only two teams, try to be honest, and may the best drawing win.
